Miller Broach now manufactures the "original" hollow ground cut off blades, cut off holders, Twin Tip tools and holders that were previously manufactured by Empire Tool company.

Miller Broach designs and manufactures broach fixtures. Our product is geared to adapt to horizontal or vertical broach machines, for surface or internal.

Miller Broach was founded in Warren, MI in 1989, in 1992 it was moved to Clinton Twp. then finally moved to its current location in Capac, MI, in 1998. Our facility is approximately 29,000 square feet which includes administrative and operating offices, the manufacturing plant, and storage space.

Since 1998, a sizable expansion was added to the original building. Significant improvements were made to material handling and product flow areas. Capital improvements have been made in the area of CNC equipment as well as Horizontal and Vertical Broach machines.

At the present time, Miller Broach has aligned itself with an industry composed of two main customer segments: Automotive and Non-automotive. Miller Broach has the capabilities to manufacture high quality Form Broaches, Keyways, Flats, Round, and Spline Broaches. We perform complete Machine Tool-ups as well as Reconditioning and Resharpening Broaches. We also have full production broaching capabilities.
