In our 29,000 square foot facility, Miller Broach has over 90 horizontal, vertical, high-speed, and continuous chain broaching machines and a fully-trained staff on our premises, we can handle nearly any size part.

We have the expertise, equipment and tooling available for high-volume production work as well as cutting multiple dimensions on a single piece. We can create complex forms using modular tooling and multi-staged operations.

Surface, internal, and external broaching are the most common applications, but straddle, and pot broaching are just a couple of the complex specialty operations that we tackle every day.

Our in-house tool room insures minimal down-time and maximum broach life and part quality. We also have trucking capabilities.
